IDEAL4Gifted has 2 semesters per year with multiple breaks. We attempt to be compatible with many other school calendars. Our 2023-24 year starts September 6th for new students & parents orientation and September 11th for regular classes. CLASSES are from 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Eastern Time.

Full-Time Students

Full-Time Enrollment includes all classes for all 3 sessions: Math, English Language Arts, Foreign Language (Spanish or Latin), Science, Social Studies, Technology & Engineering, and Visual Art classes + Homeroom + IDEAL4Leaders + Fab Fridays.

• Some classes require books/materials/supplies which are the responsibility of the family. 
• Some activities (e.g. Friday field trips where participation is possible) may require a participation fee.

Full-Time Cost:

• $12,900 for the year
  • A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance of enrollment and must be accompanied by the signed contract to secure the student’s place. Deposit is due by June 30, 2023, or upon acceptance if this is after this date.

Part-Time Students

Part-Time costs vary depending on how many times a week a class meets.

“One Unit” classes – Science, Technology & Engineering, Social Studies, and Art – meet with the Instructing Teacher once a week and the Student Support Teacher is available once a week.

“Two Unit” classes – English, Math, and Foreign Language (Spanish or Latin) – meet twice as often as One Unit classes.

Most classes require books/materials/supplies which are the responsibility of the family.

Part-Time Costs:

• One Unit Class
  • $1,300 for a full year
• Two Unit Class
  • $2,600 for a full year
• Fab Friday – meets every Friday, for the full day.
  • $3,075 for a full year
• IDEAL4Leaders – meets three times per week for 30 minutes
  • $650 for a full year

Part-Time Deposit:

• A $400 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of enrollment and must be accompanied by the signed contract to secure your place, by June 30 2023. Deposit is due by June 30, 2023, or upon acceptance if this is after this date.

Additional Students from the Same Family

Full-Time Students:

• The second and subsequent students from the same family will pay 10% less than would otherwise be owed.

Part-Time Students:

• The second and subsequent students from the same family will pay 10% less than would otherwise be owed.
• The student with the highest regular cost will be considered the “first” student; the discount will be applied to other students from the same family.

Payment Due Dates

Non-refundable Deposits are due as stated above.

The balance of the payment owed is due for either full-time or part-time students by 7/15/2023
(or upon acceptance if that happens after 7/15/2023).
