Building Equity and Inclusion for Springfield Massachusetts’s Gifted and 2e Students
IDEAL4Gifted is pleased to announce a free seminar series for Springfield area organizations entitled Building Equity and Inclusion for Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Students in Springfield’s Diverse Communities. The IDEAL4Gifted program is designed to educate and provide resources for families, caregivers, and educators regarding highly capable children. The program will begin with three free seminars beginning March 2024, followed by individual consultations and contact with experts for participants. Thanks to a grant from the Horace A. Moses Charitable Trust, IDEAL4Gifted can provide these services free of charge to non-profit organizations who serve underrepresented youth. The project aims to empower Springfield families and educators of African American, Latinx, and under-resourced populations.
